This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 20 is on the eastern side with views across to Queens Wharf, the ferry terminal and out to the harbour, the North Shore and Rangitoto Island. The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths on the eastern side of Princes Wharf outside your apartment for the day - check the Ports of Auckland website for the cruise timetable. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

All properties are furnished to a high standard, free unlimited internet, TV, power and are serviced weekly including a full linen change. Minimum stay is three days although some properties are limited to seven due to either body corporate rules or owners conditions. Bookings are taken up to 3 months in advance (no further out due to the management contract we have with the owners).
