COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY. PLEASE READ IMMEDIATELY.

As delighted as we are to welcome you to Wales, we urge all customers to read and abide by the Welsh Government restrictions and guidelines to prevent the spreading of Covid-19 virus. Things have changed so we can fight this virus. We thank you for your kind co-operation in advance to protect yourself as well as our dedicated cleaner and the vulnerable members of our community.

We are following the Wales Tourism Alliance Guidance amongst which is the recommendation to remove touch items including condiments, DVD's, hair-drayers, books and games etc.

The safety of yourselves, cleaners, following guests and our community is paramount at this time and these additional rules and tasks are to facilitate this. PLEASE respect and follow them in the spirit they are given.

• At this time we are recommending that Guests bring their own TOWELS, TEA TOWELS and OVEN GLOVE. Please bring your own SANITISERS, GLOVES, MASKS and ANTIVIRAL DISINFECTANT with you.

• CHECK IN: PLEASE arrive no earlier than 5:00 PM
This is needed to give cleaners plenty of time to sanitise the property for you.

• WASH YOUR HANDS often and always sanitise your hands before you enter the property and please wipe down with disinfectant anything you bring into the property. Use antiviral disinfectant daily on the surfaces.

• No additional Guests are allowed inside the property at any time. There is a 4 household restriction in Wales to reduce the spread of the disease (the date of when this document was written was the 21/8/20).

• All Windows NEED TO BE OPEN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DURING YOUR STAY and locked ajar, if possible, when you are not in the property.

• PLEASE OPEN ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS FOR A FEW HOURS on the morning of departure and leave them locked ajar if possible.

• CHECK OUT BEFORE 10:00 AM PLEASE: So we are able to start sanitising the property. Sanitise the keys and key safe when you put the keys back. PLEASE Phone the owner number, cleaner or STS after you check out so that they know the property is empty and can start the sanitising process.

• ESSENTIAL: Beds must be stripped and the LINEN put into the PLASTIC BAG provided OR into a 'bin bag'. Then place the BAG next to the front door

• RECYCLE as much as you can and REMOVE from the property (see house rules) SEPARATED into DIFFERENT blue boxes. ALL RUBBISH must be bagged and removed from the property and put in the bins. (no tissues in paper recycling)

• ESSENTIAL: TIDY AND CLEAN THE PROPERTY. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND -NO FOOD, NO COATS, NO DRESSING GOWNS, NO TELEPHONE CHARGERS! Leave wardrobe doors and drawers open. After you clean the property and have removed all your personal effects SPRAY ANTI VIRUS DISINFECTANT on the 'Hard' Touch Surfaces e.g: kitchen work tops, coffee tables, dressing tables, toilet, sinks etc. Leave the disinfectant for the cleaner to wipe away - This will make it more effective at neutralising any viruses before the cleaners arrive.

MOST IMPORTANTLY you must declare 24 hours before arrival that ALL persons coming to stay at the property are not experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. If anyone starts to show symptoms (sore/dry throat, fever, loss of taste or smell, headache, dry cough) the whole party must leave IMMEDIATELY and self-isolate at home. Under no circumstances can you isolate in the property. Inform us IMMEDIATELY If you develop symptoms within a week after your holiday also let us know so that we can take appropriate action. PLEASE help us to keep Covid-19 free.
