Perfect for a short stay of a couple weeks or for guests working/out-and-about long hours. For more than a century, this simple 3-story home has sat across from the Catholic church. Now a busy residential area, the McBurney (Skeleton) Park neighbourhood is still frequented by many birds and the yard is home to a groundhog, raccoons, and other critters. The entire space is shown in the pictures: 5 m x 2.5 m plus bathroom.

We have been coming to Ktown all our lives and moved here in 2008. We love all the culture and food in the city as much as we love all the nature to be had just past its boundaries. The colourful and socially active Skeleton Park neighbourhood is dear to us, as is the easy walking distance to most of what Ktown offers.

I am an editing consultant in STEM and education. My office is in the house so I am usually around to help you. My teen son is into adventure sports and he’ll be pleased to point you in the right direction around town.

We both speak French, though mine could use practice.
