The studio is most suitable for a couple, however additional guests can be catered for. A comfortable queen size bed is provided in the open plan studio, with a double bed in a small separate room. Please note our rates are based on 2 guests sharing the queen bed in the open plan studio. Access to the 2nd bedroom will incur additional charges. Quality linen and toiletries supplied. A kitchenette facility enables basic indoor cooking with a BBQ providing for outdoor dining on the deck. A reverse cycle air-conditioner cools in summer and heats in winter. Or choose the cozy ambience of the timber combustion heater. Complete with your own private ensuite all your needs are met.

A mixture of lifestyle farmlets, cattle and dairy farms occupy the area. Wildlife, especially birdlife, abounds and it's quite common to see flocks of birds winging their way through the valley.

After travelling around Australia for 18 months with our two small children twelve years ago we were captivated by the mid-north coast of NSW. Once we happened upon the Rollands Plains Valley we knew we'd found just the place to create a home for our now adult children. We enjoy all the mid-north coast has to offer in terms of national parks, beaches, eateries, wineries, art and culture. We love travel, meeting people and sharing life. We are blessed to live where we do and would love to share our precious piece of paradise with you.

The studio is 50m from the main home allowing complete privacy. We reside on the property and are available should you have any additional needs. We are more than happy to provide local knowledge of the myriad of things available to see and do in the surrounding the area.

Notes on Pets
We are dog friendly accommodation however we do have some requirements for allowing you to bring your dog with you.
- Please notify us of your pet at time of booking
- Please bring your dogs bedding, food & water bowls.
- No dogs on furniture or beds
- Please clean up after your dog both inside and out, any excess cleaning fees will incurred will be passed on to you. Please leave any doggy bags in the outside bin.
- Dogs are not to be left at the property unattended
As dog owners ourselves we understand that most pet owners are responsible. Please respect these requirements so that we can continue to allow others to bring their beloved dog with them. :)
