With vaulted ceilings, an enormous skylight, charming details, and enchanting garden, this truly unique updated 1930s art studio is the perfect spot.

Indawo
The lofted bedroom with garden views holds a full size bed and closet. A loft on the opposite side is a great space to work or spend time. The living space features a dining area and seating around a marble fireplace. Amenities include an updated kitchen with granite countertops, a full bathroom, laundry unit, and wifi. An additional queen size futon is available on the main floor. The futon is currently made as a bed, but the configuration can be easily changed if you desire.

The studio is nestled in a beautiful corner of North Ardmore. Suburban Square is just steps away and offers high end shopping and dining. In addition, the magnificent Farmers' Market and Trader Joe's offer excellent grocery shopping options within a five minute walk.

The neighborhood is filled with beautiful houses and trees from the turn of the century that are ideal for walks and jogging. There are also many local outdoor spaces nearby including Rolling Hill Park and Stoneleigh Natural Lands.

I am a special education teacher, mom of two children ages 5 and 3. My husband, Navid, practices family medicine in Philadelphia. I enjoy spending time with both my students at school and my own children. We love to cook, entertain, and soak in the outdoors together as a family. We look forward to sharing our beautiful home and neighborhood with guests!

We have always enjoyed the privacy and comfortability of staying with airbnbs. There's nothing quite like rolling out of bed in a new beautiful space and interacting with the community just like a local. We strive to create an experience that we know we would enjoy if we were to visit Ardmore for the first time.
