Le ndawo ayizifanele izingane ezingaphansi kuka-12 futhi umbungazi akazivumeli izilwane ezifuywayo, amaphathi, noma ukubhema. Thola imininingwane
Comfortable stylish somewhat ‘arty’ two bedroomed home with patio area, garden and summer house and resident cat ‘Pause’, two minutes from the beach in the heart of Cleethorpes.

Indawo
This is a beautiful, informal, homely place on a very quiet road with street parking. Much attention has been paid to practical and aesthetic detail. Both bedrooms are set up with tea/coffee making facilities. There's adequate storage space in cupboards or wardrobes etc. for your clothes, 'stuff', and suitcases. There's Freeview TV in the largest bedroom and broadband access throughout. Downstairs you have a comfortable living room (no TV downstairs) which opens out to the dining room looking towrds the garden. Quite a large kitchen with gas cooker, utility area with washing machine - also where microwave and fridge freezers are situated. Outside there's a plant-rich (lots of lavender) patio with a couple of chairs and a table for finer days, a shed for storage of the two bicycles available for you to use (both female but one is blue if you're a bloke ha ha!) At the end of the magical winding brick garden path is a generous sized, charming summer house with veranda, a double daybed in it for anyone needing quiet times, or for sundowners on fine days Electricity can be made available for light and heat (blow heater) but there'd be an extra charge for the latter.

Ukungena kwesivakashi
There are two decent sized bedrooms. The largest has a kingsized bed which could be converted for you to two small singles. Next door is a double bed bedroom. with a view out to the garden. You and your family/friends will share the upstairs bath/shower/loo bathroom and downstairs there's another toilet with small sink. As mentioned, you have access to the whole of the remainder of the house apart from a private under-stair and box room storage areas : dining room, living room, patio, garden shed, garden, summer house.

Ezinye izinto okumele ziqashelwe
It's absolutely critical that you know - this rental comes with a much-loved cat Pause and you will need to feed him twice daily. He's affectionate and interesting. He has Siamese blood my Vet tells me! He's quite vocal. If he needs something he'll make that quite plain. He has free access via his neck chip through the cat flap in the kitchen. Though sometimes he likes to 'play useless' and will sit mournfully begging to be let in rather than use his cat flap.

Indawo

North East Lincolnshire, England, i-United Kingdom

This is an interesting and exciting place to live. There's the seafront, the beach, the sea (when the tide's in!) literally just two minutes away. At the end of your street, to the right, there's the pub Mucky Muldoons with live music on Thursday and Sunday nights. There's an excellent Italian restaurant 'Valeries' one block away. 10 mins max away there's the Leisure Centre with swimming pool, gym available for guest bookings, yoga and other health and fitness classes. Towards North Sea Lane you have a huge fast food and fun area with Bowling Alley , shops and a Cinema complex. Near here there's the Discovery Centre and pizzeria ( really authentic thin-crust gorgeous pizzas!), the boating lake, the wild fowl lake and cafe, and further on the station for the delightful miniature railway steam train and 'The Smallest Pub on the Planet' with outside seating and always an interesting selection of real ale. The coastal area parallel with all this offers a cycle path and a beautiful Nature Walk away from the fun brouhaha arcade/candy floss/fish & chips world which you'll access if you turn left rather than right at the end of our street. So in Cleethorpes centre you are spoilt for restaurants : everything from Italian, Indian, Turkish, African, French - plus general fusion stuff. There are small supermarkets, bijoux shops on elegant little Seaview Street, a plethora of amazing charity shops, and the usual High Street stores like Boots, Superdrug, Heron, Wilko and so on. The Riverhead Cafe on St Peter's Avenue is a wonderful community venue. Buses and trains run regularly. If you want or need large shops take the bus to Grimsby 20 minutes away where you'll find a M&S and a lot of the big names. The Fishing Heritage Museum and the Ross Tiger Tour are really worth exploring if you're interested in Grimsby's fascinating history in fishing. And, back in Cleethorpes....there's a really good lively nightlife. People regularly travel from Sheffield and Doncaster for nights out on the town!

I've retired from my long wonderful years of work as a psychotherapist and GP counsellor. I'm also trained as and now work as a life coach (Personal Performance Coach) and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner.) Over the years my passion has been helping people to pick up the pieces of broken lives and rebuild themselves. I have a similar creative passion. I love to collect 'found objects' such as driftwood, pot, sea glass and make things from them. Coming from an earlier professional background as occupational therapist in mental health, and being very creative myself, I was primed to subsequently facilitate some interesting creative workshops including week-long 'Elements of Creation' residential courses in a Chateau in France. I am offering one or two week 'Create in Cleethorpes' residential workshops for one or two people at a time (so I can give good individual attention for help with chosen creative projects). I can offer materials and expertise for mosaic, jewellery-making, patchwork, macrame etc. My motto is Seize the Dreams - whatever your age - and, as the Dalai Lama says, NEVER give up.
