This is a bright light loft apartment with large west facing windows. High ceilings, hard wood floors, exposed brick walls. A fireplace and all the comforts of home. It is pleasantly furnished and appointed and I provide lots of amenities.

Surrounded by wonderful coffee shops and bakeries, restaurants to suit all tastes, multiple local breweries, a delightful city park and two historic theaters. So much to do within walking distance and very close to the main campus of the University of Illinois and all it has to offer.

I am co-owner of a retail custom jewelry business. I also own the buildings that our store is in along with other wonderful tenants. My AirBnB apartment is one of the apartments in my building in thriving downtown Champaign.
