This is a beautiful fully renovated space with a modern feel, yet keeping the 1930's character of the house

The room has a queen size bed, hardwood floors, high ceilings, TV area with flat screen TV, a loft area with office space & reading nook, living room, and its own bathroom.

Approximately 750+ sq ft of space in the second floor of the house. It offers lots of space, great sunlight, and complete privacy.

There is a queen size futon that sleeps 2 in the loft area

There are three cats in the house, which you may let into the room if you choose. They can always be placed elsewhere in the house if cats bother you

It is also about 1 mile away from Ft. Bliss, and about 4 miles from downtown. Close to 1-10, & US-54.
