Ideally situated for accessing the most famous landmarks including 'The Old Man of Storr', 'Quiraing', 'Cullins', 'Fairy Pools' and more. These breathtaking views are all within easy reach whether by car, local tours, bicycle or bus.

Our room is uniquely and tastefully finished, furnished to a high standard with cosy oil central heating timed throughout the day where we hope you will enjoy the perfect rest stop during your stay on Skye.

Our prime location allows you to explore the rugged landscapes on all corners of the island or walk to the local restaurants, bars, shops and amenities situated in Portree locally.

The largest supermarket on the island is minutes away with a fuel station just a minutes drive down the road.

We have allocated parking spaces with additional parking in the surrounding area.

No.30's location allows non-driving visitors to Skye to arrive in Portree by bus and simply walk to our accommodation.

All amenities including transport hire are within walking distance of the front door.

This room occupies it's own floor of this property accompanied by it's own private bathroom allowing for complete isolation once checked in through our main front door with hand sanitiser provided on entry and exit and your own private key box to completely self check in.

My partner and I are native islanders, lucky enough to be raised on this beautiful island. Although we have lived and worked away from Skye across varying parts of the world, we returned to Skye to set up home and hope to create a special place for visitors from all countries, cultures and backgrounds to experience the mystical, wild and stunning surroundings we've grown up around in comfort and warmth no matter the time of year, whatever the weather.
