Our accommodation is like a ‘home away from home’ yet only 30 minutes up the South Eastern freeway. It has modern styling amongst a peaceful & tranquil country setting, with everything you need for a great stay.

Enjoy full kitchen facilities with large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. You have access to your own laundry including 9kg washing machine and dryer.

The detached guest house is close by at the rear of the home and is fully self contained with private gate entrance. The courtyard is all yours during your stay.

We have quality beds and mattresses (getting rave reviews) plus have hypo allergenic quilts with electric blankets for any chilly nights. Comfy pillows & freshly ironed linen.

The guesthouse has a super- quiet split system air conditioner in living room with ceiling fans in every room.

At sunset spin the love seat in the driveway around towards the paddock next door to watch the Shetland ponies or cows. Of course you will need a champagne and cheese platter ready.

We offer country hospitality where you are welcome and valued. If you are looking for privacy, we ensure this is a priority.

Our property has a rural outlook and is within a small country town of 1900 people. I love to offer 'country hospitality' at every opportunity.

I am also passionate about older persons and people with dementia. 'Adelaide Hills Escape' is unique in Australia in that we can cater for families looking for a tranquil and stimulus free place to take a loved one with dementia (or acquired brain injury) where the host understands.

I also like the dynamic of being able to drive my guests who are attending weddings and events in the area and give advice on the best places to visit.
