This air conditioned* apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is truly a unique gem!

The private open-air patio is the jewel of your space. Featuring an outdoor kitchenette complete with cookware, utensils, two burner cooktop, mini fridge and coffee maker. Dine in the tropical outdoors on the convenient table and chairs, or use as a workspace if needed. There is also a hammock chair, and a comfortable outdoor bed to chill out and relax (or sleep in the open air). In addition, there is an outdoor fan, ensuring you stay cool while relaxing outdoors.

Entering the bedroom there is a plush bed with pillow-top mattress, ensuring you will have a fully serene sleep. Off the bedroom is the stunning bathroom with walk-in shower. *Air conditioning available upon request for a small fee of $10 CAD/night.

The interior of the suite is on the smaller side so we offer plenty of outdoor space. In addition to the private patio, just steps away is the breezy common outdoor space. Relax and chill in the oversize hammock or lounging beds and stay cool from the outdoor fan while enjoying the views of the vibrant neighborhood and hills of Sayulita.

Finally, we are pleased to offer complimentary cleaning service during your stay.

The suite is located within a local neighborhood. There will be dirt on the sidewalks, you will see friendly local families, and hear roosters, traffic, and barking dogs. This is important to note if you are opposed to experiencing an authentic Mexican neighborhood, or have an aversion to noise. Also please note that during national holidays the neighbors may be louder than usual.

If you are looking to stay in a quiet upscale neighborhood, want royal treatment, or a private Jet, this is definitely not the place for you :)

We're Luke and Sheena, and we have three awesome young boys in our lil’ family.

We love going on adventures, travelling, and meeting new people from around the world. About 15 years ago we came across the amazing town of Sayulita, and completely fell in love with the culture, amazing food, surf beach, and the whole fun vibe of the town. We decided it was time for a change and moved from Alberta, Canada to Sayulita!
