1945 Cottage on Wood is located in the heart of the historic district, across the street from the UNA Campus. A short walk to Downtown Florence with shopping , restaurants , coffee shops , music venues, and more . Also, we are a short walk to the UNA football stadium . There is a back patio for relaxation and grilling. 1945 Cottage on Wood is fully furnished for guests. This cottage has original hardwood floors and newly renovated kitchen.

Our home is within walking distance to downtown Florence where there are wonderful restaurants to enjoy, offering an array of cuisines and atmospheres.
You will not want to miss the amazing local coffee shops with homemade pastries and other eats.
The Shoals area is known for it’s music venues scattered around.
Art museums and shopping are also close at hand in downtown Florence.
UNA is directly across the street from our home and an easy walk to Braly Stadium (football stadium).
Fishing and relaxation is to be enjoyed only a short 5 minutes away on the Tennessee River.
