Our studios are located an easy 2 minute walk to the local Old Pier beach, easy access to the foreshore and walking tracks take you to the main street. You can enjoy a swim in our indoor heated salt pool.
Single night bookings welcome.

Our newly renovated studio rooms are light and spacious providing all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
Our heated indoor salt pool is available for your use for the duration of your stay. The pool is heated year round with an average temperature being 28 degrees.

Your basic kitchenette has an array of utensils and basic appliances needed ( kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge)

*PLEASE NOTE other than the guest BBQ there are NO COOKING facilities other than those already listed.

There is not a sink in the kitchenette, Yet!

Studio 1 is 2 night minimum
Studio 2 is 1 night minimum

We have two rooms that may interconnect. Please contact us regarding availability and price to have access to both rooms.

Walking tracks and flower reserve access is right at our back door, less than a minutes walk.
A short drive can take you to the popular Barnbougle Dunes and Lost Farm golf courses, wineries, Bridestowe lavender farm, Musselroe wind farm or Blue Derby mountain bike trails to name a few. We are more than happy to help with your itinerary or answer any questions you may have.
