Be our guests in this spectacular home built in the 1850’s and immaculately restored. The Villa Goshen has every modern amenity nestled in a picturesque setting that overlooks the river and is close to all the action in downtown Goshen, Indiana and other Norhern Indiana tourism hot spots.

When you book this listing at the published rate you will enjoy the main floor guest room with a private attached full bath. Please be aware that this room faces the main road. It does have street noise, so we have provided a noise machine and ear plugs for our guests with sensitive sleep habits. We have adjusted the price to reflect the noise drawback, however, if you think the noise may bother you, please consider booking our upstairs River Room Suite.

The main floor room features a king bed with memory foam mattress and a flat screen tv for your entertainment needs. A complimentary snack and beverage area is stocked with some continental breakfast items, snacks, Keurig coffee, and a mini fridge with microwave; providing conveiences our overnight guests would expect in a luxury hotel at a fraction of the price.

A backyard deck with seating, fire pit, and grill overlooking the water is available to all guests.

Guests have exclusive use of their private room/bathroom. Additionally, the main floor spaces (living rooms, kitchen, dining room, den) are available for any booked guest to enjoy. All items in the kitchen (including the fridge items unless labeled) can be used by our guests.

The main floor living rooms, dining room, kitchen, den/library, porch and deck outdoor space are considered shared spaces among guests, unless arrangements have been made in advance of the booking to reserve exclusive access. Additional fees may apply to reserve individual spaces for private use.

Additional Shared Space Details:
The Villa has 2 separate guest spaces available to rent, one is located on the second floor and this one on the main floor. As a result, multiple booking groups could be staying at the same time.

The hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment, with their small friendly dogs. The hosts have a private outdoor space, separate from the guest deck area, however they could be seen from a distance outside. The host’s pets are restricted to the backyard space, however because they are friendly, they may try and come to say hello. Feel free to interact with them if you desire, but also let us know if they are in the way.

The Villa Goshen is conveniently nestled between several iconic northern Indiana towns. Guests have easy access to all the tourism hot spots of Goshen, Nappanee, Middlebury, Elkhart and Shipshewana. The quaint restaurants and artisan shops of downtown Goshen are within 2 miles of The Villa, and the home is surrounded by the beauty of the Goshen pond and provides quick access to the pumpkin vine bike trail.

The home is located on a main thoroughfare and some street noise will be experienced. Each room is outfitted with sleep sound machines for the convenience of our guests.

The Villa is located approximately 45 minutes from Notre Dame stadium, a 20 minute drive to the famous Middlebury Essenhaus, 20 minutes to Nappanee, and 25 minutes to Rise-N-Roll, Blue Gate, Shipshewana Flea Market, and many Indiana Amish Country activities.
