There are stylish lamps with romantic light and the colors in the apartment are lovgely and well matched.

In the living room there is a new Queensize bed from 1.60-2.00m. from where you have a gorgeous Lake view and a comfortable look at the Smart-TV-screen with Netflix and YouTube. Ceiling fan with 3 positions present. The apartment has a balcony with two large doors from where you can watch the well-visible TV or enjoy the beautiful view over the lake. There are screens on the outside. You’ll find two comfortable swivel chairs with a stylish round table in the living. From here you have a great view over the lake, the mountains and the town of Bellano on the other side of the lake. Books in German, Italian, French, Swedish, English and Dutch. Lots of information about the region in the information folders. Chess game and game cards. InThere are also two chairs and a table on the balcony. There is a desk against the wall suitable for a laptop and a wide narrow cabinet with lots of practical drawers where you can store a lot of stuff. The hall and living room are separated by charming Louvre doors giving it a romantic colonial feel. In the hall you can hang up your coats and there is a wall mirror with a shelf for your hair comb, lipstick, mobile phone, keys etc. From the hall there is a door to the space with a wardrobe and a washing machine. Here is also a hair dryer.There is also a wall cupboard for your belongings next to the bed. From the space with wardrobe you come through a sliding door in the bathroom with bath / shower, sink with large mirror, toilet ,laundry rack and cupboards. From the hall there is also a door to the kitchen. In this cozy room with opening windows are a kitchenette, large full length mirror and a high bar table with 2 bar stools. The kitchenette has two ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer-compartment , nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, oven, pans, orange juicer, plates, cutlery, chopping boards, cups, glasses, mugs, pepper, salt, coffee, tea, toaster, cafetière and kettle. Coffee and tea available.
The apartment is on the first floor which can be reached by wide stairs or by the elevator . There is an intercom with which you can open the entrance door downstairs. Under the building is your own garage place which is suitable for small cars and boats as well as bicycles, motorcycles or surfboards etc.

A large parking garage space can be rented for € 10,- per day!

The lovely charming town Acquaseria , San Siro is located three kilometers from
Menaggio.
In Acquaseria you can swim in the lake which has a lovely beach 50 m from the
apartment.

The climate is mild mediterranean. The palm trees, cacti along the roads and the lemon trees clearly indicate this . A romantic area! At 50 meters you will find the butcher, greengrocer and a grocer. Every morning the sandwiches are freshly baked in the store.
At 5 minutes walk from the apartment in Acquaseria there are two very good italian local restaurants situated on the lake and famous for its local dishes. There are two bars in the village for breakfast , lunch and Italian ice cream. The population is very hospitable and friendly.

We are Adriaan and Anna from the Netherlands and the proud owners of 'Le Quattro Stagioni'.
Carpe Diem / Pick the Day ...that's our motto. And where better to experience this than on the beautiful Lake Como in the land of the 'dolce far niente ... We are culinary enthusiasts and enjoy plenty of Italian cuisine with its surprising regional dishes.
Arjan is a culinary photographer and Anna is a violinist. We regularly visit concerts and exhibitions in one of the beautiful villas!
