Victoria Road is a meticulously crafted townhouse featuring it’s own private rooftop terrace.

This stylish home features a sleek open plan design with quality finishes. The living and dining space opens out to a private courtyard through glass sliding doors and features outdoor dining and BBQ; perfect for alfresco dining. You can also easily cook up a storm in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen which includes Miele appliances and stone bench tops. The ground level also comprises a queen bedroom plus central bathroom with laundry facilities.

Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom including a king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features two single beds (which can be converted to one king bed if required), built in robes and is serviced by a central bathroom. Take the stairs up another level, and you can chill out in your own private rooftop terrace; a lovely way to spend warm summer evenings.

This gorgeous home also includes ducted heating and cooling throughout, plus secure garage parking for 1 car. This property is also pet friendly by arrangement.

Victoria Road is situated in a desirable location with easy access to Swinburne University, and walking distance to private schools, including Carey Grammar, MLC and Trinity Grammar. Auburn train station is 250 metres from your door for easy access into the CBD and beyond, and is also perfectly positioned for trams on Burke Rd and Glenferrie Road.
