Welcome to the quiet residential neighborhood of Oceanview Estates in Wailuku! Centrally located just 15 minutes from the airport, shopping centers, 30 minutes from Kihei and 40 minutes from Lahaina. Our home is newly remodeled, clean and convenient.

Two (2) guest bedrooms are available for rent on the first floor. Each room has a queen-size bed, chair, nightstand and full closet as well as two (2) large windows for light and ventilation in addition to the large ceiling fan.
Guests should be aware that the one (1) full bath with sink, toilet and shower is shared by guests in both bedrooms. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of the needs of other guests as well as the necessity of conserving water and electricity.

The first floor space includes the two (2) rented bedrooms and shared bath as well as a common living room with a sofa, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, dishes and utensils.
Guests are advised that the front door of the house is unlocked during the day allowing for easy access for guests. The property is located in a quiet, safe, secure residential neighborhood. The proprietor or manager are present at all times.
