If you are in Providence for a vacation, business or a conference, you've found the perfect place to call your base. The house has been recently renovated. It's modern, tastefully decorated, clean with a ton of sunlight. It's located in the heart of Federal Hill, right next to downtown Providence.

This is a modern, clean and comfortable room in a recently renovated, gorgeous modern house with ton of sunlight.

This spacious private room is a fantastic space for your stay in Providence. Comfortably sleeps two with a luxurious, brand-new queen size bed & lots of special design touches. As you arrive, your room will be waiting for you - after being professionally cleaned.

This room is on the 1st floor. Please note that you're renting a SINGLE PRIVATE BEDROOM within a larger house. There are several private bedrooms in the house - most of which are used by other Airbnb guests, so you'll be in good company. You'll have a lock and a key for your own bedroom, so you can lock it when you leave for the day (or when you're there).

All of the common areas are available for your enjoyment. The living room and coffee corner provide a great place to relax after a day of exploring Providence, connect with other guests that may be staying at the same time, or just read a book on a couch.

Our kitchen is available to all of our guests with complimentary coffee and tea. You can use the fridge and all of the appliances while you're here as well!

There are two full bathrooms in the house - although they are shared among all guests, there's virtually never any wait time. And they are all professionally cleaned each day as well.

A beautiful and historic area, Federal Hill is a terrific place to stay.

The house is 2 minutes away from Atwells avenue which has some of the best restaurants in Providence. Downtown is about 10 minutes by walking, and WaterFire is less than a mile away!

We are Anya and Alex - a young professional couple living in New England.

I am a math teacher and an avid traveler. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, climbing, traveling and growing tomatoes in my garden. I love learning more about architecture and furniture styles, and I’m always looking for ways to make my home comfortable and stylish.

Alex is an engineer and designs magnets for MRI machines. He loves woodworking, and makes great custom furniture. His favorite project was making a window seat for our living room.

We both love traveling and try to stay with airbnb hosts wherever we go. Over the last few years, we’ve travelled to south-east Asia, Russia, Iceland and the UK.
