Delightful apartment in the historic center of Bologna located on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The apartment, of new construction, enjoys a strategic position, a few meters from the main points of interest of the city.

The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, has been recently renovated with great care in the choice of materials. The welcoming entrance opens onto the single room that includes the living area with a dining table that can accommodate 2 people and the kitchenette equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge and microwave as well as a kettle and a coffee machine.
In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and an armchair. Complete the apartment a bathroom with shower.
The latest generation fixtures have excellent thermal and acoustic stability.

The apartment is located in the strategic Via Marconi. Along via Ugo Bassi, in 5 minutes you arrive in Piazza Maggiore and from there you can immerse yourself in numerous points of historical and artistic interest such as The Seven Churches in Piazza Santo Stefano, the characteristic Jewish Ghetto, the Archiginnasio which was the seat of the historic University of Bologna and the Municipal Theater.
The central station is also easily reachable on foot or by bus in a few stops.
In the immediate vicinity are also the XI Settembre park and the Cavaticcio park, where on Saturday the organic market of the earth takes place and during the summer a rich calendar of gastronomic and musical events is planned.
A few steps from the apartment there is also the famous famous Mercato delle Erbe (via Belvedere), a recently renovated structure where you can buy local products or sit at one of the many restaurants or cafes that surround the building.It is also highly recommended a tour in the enogastronomic boutiques and osterias present throughout the center, especially in the Quadrilatero.
