The Decadent Oasis and Quarters is a sought-after destination and one of the physically largest Airbnb rentals in South Florida, perfect for groups of up to 20 friends and family for short vacation jaunts, or corporate personnel needing longer-stay housing. Unlike most rentals in the Airbnb network, this incredibly private gated residence is professionally managed by a staff that intently caters to guest requirements not just during inquiries and bookings but more importantly during your stay. There are no personal belongings in the home, and check-in is a snap – the property is keyless with keypad entry system, which is ideal for late arrivals and peace of mind. We have been super hosts for over 17 quarters – one of the longest continuous Superhosts in Airbnb’s history. The Spacious Residences
Decadent Oasis and Quarters is an extremely special property, spanning 40,000 square feet of land and two newly renovated structures totaling 6.750+ square feet of living space, with 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, all crisply air conditioned by 12 tons of AC.
This offering includes 3 structures all completely private for your use only. The main house contains 3 spacious bedrooms, two featuring ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom featuring two beds, which is ideal for families traveling with children. The Master Bedroom is enormous, with a king size bed, lots of dedicated audio/visual gear (see Amenities below) and a dream bathroom – gorgeous diamond-laid, internally lit honey onyx walls, granite countertops topped with his & her onyx sinks, marble flooring, and decadent his & her rainshower fixtures extending downward from the ceiling. The entire bath space bathed in embedded LED light – an incredibly romantic experience. The Living room is vast, perfect for lounging or socializing with various couches strewn about (one a convertible sleeper for two), an eclectic mix of artwork throughout, computerized lighting (see Amenities below) and a perfectly tuned baby grand piano. Off the living room are both the Billiards Room and The Bar (see Amenities below). The flooring throughout the Main Residence is easy to clean tile, or rich, deep plank woods that are spill resistant.
As there are two residences you will receive two full kitchens. The kitchen are both spacious and beautiful, easily accommodating 20 people, outfitted with deep chocolate wood cabinetry and featuring every imaginable modern kitchen amenity - stainless appliances, large side-by-side refrigerator, double oven, wine cooler, dedicated ice maker, standalone water cooler, toaster oven and four burner cooktop – which prove essential for preparing group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Plates, glassware, silverware and cookery are abundant. The pantry is stocked with some essentials so you can utilize the home right away without having to run to the grocery for certain items upon arrival.
A separate structure on the compound, the Cottages, are located in the rear of the property just beyond the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The Cottages offer incredible privacy for two couples, featuring two completely independent living suites, with modern bathrooms and one containing another miniature kitchen. The suites have separate private entrances and independent air conditioning systems.
The Day/Night Transitional Ambiance
While Decadent Oasis/Quarters is a wonderful place to stay during the day, it transforms into a magical oasis at night, overflowing with cool ambiance. The pool glows in changing colors, the hot tub is surrounded by programmable LED lighting embedded in the palm trees which dance to the music. The artwork and sculpture installations throughout the compound come alive at night, and the lighting throughout the house is optimized, while our guests are surrounded by family and friends. So much of our incredible feedback from guests describes the aesthetic beauty of house at night. There are over 30 eclectic works of art in the home, including photographs, paintings, prints and lighting from Romero Britto, Miguel Paredes, and Tomas Loewy, who chronicles desert festivals like Burning Man. Lastly, the Living Room features a baby grand piano should a musician be in your party.

The Lush Grounds & Amenities
Decadent Oasis and Quarters is both – an over the top setting for private revelry, and a transportive oasis of calm. The Oasis home has a large driveway which accommodates up to 8 vehicles, while the Quarters can have an additional 6-7 cars. With lush landscapes of green grass and 7 varieties of indigenous, native palm trees adorning the gardens and property perimeters. The backyard is completely walled and private, with no direct sightlines to neighboring homes. The 9,000 sq. ft. home directly next door is the former residence of Jackie Gleason.
POOL – There is a large, deep, heated swimming pool in the backyard with an embedded LED lighting system. Aside the pool are comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing. The second house has another above ground pool and deck. The Quarters has its own pool as well however it is not heated.
HOT TUB – The hot tub is located on a dedicated, raised platform deck and easily accommodates 8 people. Featuring 56 variable jets the hot tub is 100% drained and professionally cleaned between each guest stay.

OUTDOOR TERRACE – The expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect chill-out lounge for large groups, completely outfitted with pillows, daybeds, separate seating and a huge marble-inlaid table to accommodate lunch spreads or nighttime cocktails. The easily-washed tile flooring extends all the way to the BBQ area and also downward to become the pool deck.

OUTDOOR BBQ – Outdoor food preparation, cooking and dining are easy with a large BBQ and dining area on the outdoor terrace. Extra tanks of propane are on the property at no charge.

BILLIARDS ROOM – The Billiards room is perfect for entertaining, dancing or playing games, featuring a large, top-of-the-line Brunswick pool table with camel felt and plenty of quality pool cues. This room features dark, African wood (email hidden) unit, ambient lighting and a dedicated sound system.

THE BAR – Between the Billiards Room and Living Room which may or may not have liquor stock from the owner or previous guests.

LED LIGHTING SYSTEMS – The palm trees in the backyard, the pool, the living room, and the master bath have incredible, independent LED lighting systems.

THE AUDIO VISUAL SETUP – The home is wired for sound, with separate audio equipment servicing speakers throughout various zones, with various volume controls and inputs. Bedrooms feature Flat Screen TV’s, Apple TV controllers, Sony Playstation gaming, Blueray DVD, Netflix, Hulu and 250 pre-purchased movies for quiet nights or rainy days.

THE OFFICE DESK & COMPUTER + WIFI – The entire compound featured high speed wireless internet. And for those who may need a dedicated workspace, there is a desk, a Windows-based computer and color printer / fax / scanner located in a Main House bedroom.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a separate enclosed laundry room with high-capacity front loading washer and dryer. The Quarters also has its own laundry.

STANDARD STOCKED ESSENTIALS – Decadent Oasis management strives to keep the house reasonably stocked with essentials such as bath/body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, beverage mixers such as sodas, club soda, tonic, plastic cups, napkins and trash bags. Also, bath towels and duvet covers are professional-grade cleaned between guests. Bringing towels isn’t necessary.

These are our cleaning procedures as regards COVID-19:
• We dust, sweep or vacuum all floors
• We clean the surfaces with water and soap
• We spray high-touch surfaces in each room with a disinfectant spray
• We let the disinfectant stand for the length of time specified on the product label
• We allow the surface to air-dry once sprayed
• When we finish sanitizing and resetting a room, we close the door and disinfect the doorknob. Once sanitized, we don’t re-enter the space.
