In the condo, you will find 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfortable living area and patio overlooking a pond, golf course, and mountains as a backdrop. The pad comes complete with pickleball and tennis gear.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pad that is fully loaded with all the amenities you want. The extended patio comes with 4 seating areas, gas grill, 2 outdoor gas fireplaces, bird feeder station, bird bath, patio cover with misting system, fans, surround sound stereo with stunning views. It is steps from heated pool and hot tub, tennis, Pickleball and clubhouse. Master bedroom with views of 9th hole and pond. Perfect location with privacy yet with close access to everything. Indoors you have 2 king beds with luxury bedding, 2 large flat screen TV's (65 and 55 inch) with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and cable. Very fast wifi and connected Alexa devices. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
