This Modern compact Suite allows Easy Living for the person(s) staying in the grey Bruce area. Being centrally located approximately one hour from wonderful beaches to the north West and southwest downtime it's a pleasure touring around discovering the area.

You will find this location very walkable.
Grocery stores are close by as are restaurants, personal care, gyms, stores, a great game store that holds game nights, an arena and aquatic center, Hospital, many churches and schools.

I have been a landlord for over 20 years and 14 years ago started converting the apartments one at a time to short-term. This apartment was entirely rebuilt in 2017.

The comfy double bed is separated from the kitchen and living area by a custom closet. This allows for privacy. The triple glazed window muffles outside noise.

For those who love to cook but usually find themselves short of time, you will find a fully set up kitchen.

In the living room area, curl up on the sofa and enjoy the beautiful gas fireplace.

There are always a lot of activities happening in the area. Between festivals, service group dinners, sporting events, the library, or maybe just going out for a drive and check out all the small surrounding towns there's no need to ever be bored.

I am a retired hairstylist and fellow residential short term accomodations owner. After many years of working at a career that I love, it's finally time to visit more of the world. Don't be surprised if I message you asking to come visit your area.
When not playing with my grandson or organizing upgrades to my apartments, I like to meet up with family and friends to go discovering either locally or further. Food...yes, not spicy hot but anything else is just great. Local craft beers, that is a yes too. I have used Airbnb to stay in Dublin Ireland, Edinburgh Scotland, Dubrovnik Croatia, Kotor Montenagro, Nashville and Fort Lauderdale USA, Toronto, Stratford Ont, Harfnarforjur Iceland, Bellinzona and Zurich Switzerland, Dublin Ireland and parts of Costa Rica so far.
This site is terrific and that is why I have added my 10 furnished all-inclusive short term apartments to it as well. I look forward to providing you with a place to call home for your visit.
My suites and apartments have kitchens, the heart of a home. Each have comfy beds and are bright clean spaces.
