Sleeping arrangements: while the living room couch is convertible to lay-flat bed, it is a twin size and therefore recommended for children. We do provide linens & pillows, and can have the bed set up prior to your arrival upon request

1) Transient Accommodations Tax 10.25%
2) General Excise Tax 4.7%
While we absorb the GET on your behalf, the TAT will be added to your booking summary under ‘Occupancy Taxes’. We do not keep these, they are passed straight on as part of our compliance with the law. Both licenses are displayed in living room closet for reference
