House has pressed metal ceilings, ducted heating, fully stocked kitchen, spa bath, Wifi, top quality bed linen and comfortable furniture, making it luxurious, warm and homely.

Spacious house with a blend of modern and contemporary furnishings. 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms for couples and 1 for kids. The main bedroom contains a king size bed and comes with the standard advertised pricing.

The two main bedrooms have comfortable beds with 1000 thread sheets, gorgeous linen and electric blankets. Ducted central heating makes it the cosiest house in Winter and cool in Summer with ceiling fans. The bathroom is the most delicious ever! Spa bath and double sinks. Toilet inside bathroom.

TV and media player with movies and fully equipped kitchen with large oven, dishwasher, microwave and Scan pan cookware and basic kitchen supplies (oil / milk / tea etc.) Iron, Hairdryer and toiletries supplied.

At the rear of property is a studio apartment - attached to the house but completely separate access through side driveway to back of property. It shares a well insulated sound proof wall with no access between the two properties.
