"Fourteen on Peels" is a beautiful and spacious renovated apartment in a 100+ year old building. It's rare to find a property located so close within the heart of the City. Your stay will find you walking to shops, cafe's, restaurants and tourist attractions such as Peace Park, the Entertainment Centre and the Albany Farmers Markets. The apartment takes up the top floor of our building with no residential neighbours. Magnificent water views across the harbour. Single car parking space available.

Fourteen on Peels is luxuriously furnished and offers a very high level of comfort and style. The renovation was done to compliment the history and the beautiful features of the building but also by adding a modern edge with its amenities. Walking into this apartment you will immediately notice the inviting ambience and carefully curated decor.

We have tried to set the apartment up to accommodate an adults only experience so it is most suited to a couple, business traveller or 2 couples at the most.

This apartment is located in a commercial district which is why it is so very close to the Main Street. We have commercial neighbours and the Apartment is situated above a busy local boutique. There are stunning views of Princess Royal Harbour from the entry, kitchen, lounge/dining and master bedroom.

The apartment takes up the whole top floor of our building. It is very roomy and spacious and you have exclusive use of the whole apartment. There are no residential neighbours, and no shared spaces however there are Commercial neighbours

Access is via the rear of the building and not from the street front. It is a private entrance for guests only

It’s a gorgeous old building and the apartment while renovated, still pays homage to being 100 years old so we have tried to retain some of its original features so you know you are in a very old building

We only have ONE designated parking bay for the apartment and access is via a shared driveway off Aberdeen Street. We have commercial neighbours so we cannot accommodate any additional vehicles for parking. Parking is at the rear of a retail building and is not a garaged space

Parking is easy to get in and out of on weekends. On weekdays there are usually more cars in the neighbours parking bays but access is still available
