It is a quiet, comfortable space in a residential locality of Chundevi on a 4 storied house.
I live on one of the bedroom and mostly out for my work. This space is ideal for someone who needs a relaxed evening to recuperate and cook and enjoy. Not very suitable for loud parties and get togethers.
