It's all about the location. This condo is located in the heart of Kailua Kona. You don't need a car, but there is a free parking space if you do have one. It is a short walk to the pier, to the beach in front of the King Kam, restaurants, bars, even the grocery store and post office are minutes away. The condo is clean, comfortable and a great home base.

Only accepting reservations from those that qualify with the state's pretesting covid program.

There is a nice pool/hot tub area very close to the condo, there is even a bbq for your use. Parking, Wifi, Cable, and in unit washer and dryer also included. Couldn't be any easier!

Much better than staying down Alii drive, this complex has it all. We have a key to the gate in the fence behind the complex which creates a short walk to Longs Drugs, the grocery store, the Post office, even the Club. and Fitness Forever. Soon Safeway and the new shopping center will be open adjacent to the complex.
