The Historical Monroe Manor was built in 1884 by CJ Monroe. His father, JR Monroe founded the city of South Haven in 1833 making this manor one of the most historic buildings of South Haven. While this manor has been in possesion of various owners over the years, it has been a Bed & Breakfast for over a decade, celebrating its 15th year in 2019. As a Bed & Breakfast guests are able to walk the 4 acres of the property and imagine what South Haven must have been like when this manor was built.
