As you enter the lobby decorated with colorful Hawaiian flowers and spiritual buddha statues, you feel excited as you enter the newly installed elevators (2) which is trimmed in beautiful Hawaiian wood. You are quickly transported up to the fourth floor. There, across the elevators, you turn and see unit #418, you slowly open the security coded door and you'll feel like you're walking into a magical bamboo-themed room and see beautiful views of broad leafed fig leaf trees and partial view of the world-famous Diamond Head!

This spacious unit is newly renovated and upgraded for your comfort and pleasure :)

This Waikiki Treasure is a stone's throw away (less than 1/3 of a block) a couple minutes walk to the beach. NOTE: Kuhio Avenue & Ala Wai Blvd are quite a long walk from the beach. You do not want a high floor view... it means a long wait for elevator car up & down and it usually means the building is far from the beach and needs to be high to look over the other buildings. "A view of other buildings with a few palm trees is NOT a good view LOL...(as I've seen on other Airbnbs) Also, all Airbnb hosts are not created equal...(have a conversation with the host before you book) Do not be fooled by generic pictures of Waikiki....ask host for actual views!!!

Also you do not want to be in the middle of the action in Waikiki... noisy and the most congested part of the beach. We are located across the Zoo & Kapiolani Park... lots of greens and blues surround you as Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach are right outside, yet so close and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the infinite Waikiki action. When you stay in this part of Waikiki, you will never go back to the other sections of Waikiki.

The unit comes with large apartment refrigerator, an elaborate newly upgraded kitchen. New Queen real bed, antique armoire, automatic air conditioner, 50″ flat screen television, High Definition , plates, cookware, clean linens, towels and plenty of Positive Magical Energy !!!

Laundry Facilities in the basement & 24-hour security for your safety.

Parking in the building is $25 / night. Please reserve with the front desk in advance to make sure one is available when you arrive. Ask me about other options.

There will be a $275 fine, imposed by the Waikiki Grand owners association, if the smell of smoke and/or ashes cigarette butts are found on the premise for smoking of any kind (including vaping) is prohibited in all rooms, lanais and common areas. Ask front desk for the proper areas where smoking is allowed outside of the hotel.

Hula's Bar & Grill (2nd floor) and Teddy's Bigger Burgers (Lobby area) located in building. ABC Store next door for all your sundries and everything you forgot to bring. Starbucks on the beach (wifi) & the Zoo & Aquarium soooo close. Kapiolani Park which has special events is nearby too, next to the Zoo. In short you are in the best part of Waikiki!

EARLY CHECK IN: is not available if a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival. Early check in fee is $30. Please do not enter/leave luggage in room before it is cleaned. Room needs to be accessed (reviewed) after departing guests vacate & luggage impedes cleaning process.

LATE CHECK OUT: is available at 5 pm for $50. Late check out at 1 pm is available for $30. Please request late check out at time of booking.

EXTRA BED requests must be made in advance. Extra bed fee is $50. Last minute requests are subject to additional fees.
