TONS OF FUN AMENITIES INCLUDED IN RATE | Bigfoot's Sanctuary at Coadys' POV Lake Resort is a lovely, large, newly-renovated 3-bedroom log cabin right on the water with a big private deck. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds on a sleeping porch - very popular with groups of kids and fishing buddies! Linens, blankets, towels, and pillows provided. Fully equipped. This cabin is next to the water and has a private, large deck and its own fire ring.

ULTIMATE SUMMER GETAWAY - TOP RESORT EXPERIENCE | Nature is THE place to be, and we've got plenty of it here at Coadys' Point of View Lake Resort and Glamping Campground. During the spring, summer, and fall months POV Resort is a beautiful wilderness retreat. We have excellent fishing on North Twin Lake, whether you fish off our docks or further out on the lake. Crystal clear waters also provide expansive room for POV's water sports - swimming, tubing, boating, and water skiing as well as canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Either rent one of our boats or bring your own boat or wave runners for fun on the crystal-clear waters of North Twin Lake. Horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and on-site trails are just some of the activities offered on-site at the resort’s campus. And there is always the sport of relaxing on our great sandy beach! Nearby you’ll also find thrilling zip lining, waterfalls, and go-kart rides.

INCLUDED AMENITIES IN RENTAL RATE: POV is more than a cabin rental , it is a resort. Part of what makes POV Resort's campgrounds so special is our amenities included. We do have high-speed wifi throughout the main resort - so if you need to send an email or stream a movie on a rainy day, we've got you covered. Picnic tables, fire rings, and charcoal and gas grills are right outside your door on the spacious decks. Each cabin comes with a boat slip, and additional boat slips are available to rent. Our base rates include more amenities than you would expect from any other Northwoods experience, including access to:
- On-Site Amenities: Grill, Picnic Table, Outdoor Lighting, Fire Pit
- Access to Common Spaces/Amenities: Bathhouse, Newly-Renovated Rec Building, Coin-Operated Laundry Room, Fishhouse
- Access to Outdoor Amenities: Beach/Docks, Basketball Court, Playground, Sand Volleyball, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Ring Toss, Trails, Wood Swings, Hammocks, Beachfront Shower
- Use of Non-Motorized Boats (Free): First-come-first-serve for kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, paddle boards, row boats, water bikes

Pontoon and fishing boats are available for rent on-site. There is also a general store on site for guests' needs selling bait, frozen meals, pantry items, beer/wine/spirits, other beverages, toiletries, ice, and firewood. We do have high-speed wifi throughout the main resort (area next to the campgrounds) as well as great ATT and Verizon cell service - so if you need to send an email or stream a movie in the rec room on a rainy day, we've got you covered.

OUR THING | Our secluded resort proves that roughing it doesn’t have to be that rough and that a vacation away can be fun with all the on-site amenities needed for a really relaxing and picturesque getaway.

SAFETY IN PANDEMIC | POV Resort is open and following the state's health and safety directive for lodging and camping businesses, working to further ensure your stay is as healthy and as fun as can be!

RENOVATIONS | All of POV Resort's secluded cabins have been updated to the latest trends in Northwoods vacation rentals. Our rates include all the amenities you would look for in a premiere resort experience. Each cabin has spacious living room/dining areas, full ultra-modern kitchens, and updated roomy and bright full bathrooms. All units have large bedrooms with comfortable firm memory-foam beds and upscale bedding. Fresh linens, blankets, towels, and pillows are provided.

PETS | We are only a dog-friendly resort between the end of August and mid-June (not summer) - in Cabins 1, 3, 10, and 11 during that time frame. We have a $10/day per dog fee; pets must be on a leash outside cabins at all times and crated inside when left alone. NO DOGS are allowed in the campgrounds (keeping sound down) or the beach (for kids).

A few years back, we (Darren and Genevieve Coady) decided to go on a new adventure, take the plunge, and become America's next small business owners buying the resort now known as Coadys' Point of View Lake Resort (Cabin Rentals, Glamping in Wisconsin). We like to think of ourselves as caretakers of this wonderful resort that has and means so much to so many.

So what led us here? We have had much experience in camping. And we know a lot about vacationing. Darren has run a community center that hosts events, and Genevieve has a background in community planning and economic development. We have a son, Oliver, whom we want to bring up living a good life - knowing hard work but enjoying the relaxation of nature.

Bottom line, we felt it was time to do more to give back to others. Using our collective professional experience - thrown in with a dash of fun - our dream of owning a resort was born. When we found North Twin Lodge we fell in love with its history, its tradition of returning guests, and the lake. In October, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) we opened doors and haven't looked back. POV'S MANIFESTO OF EXPECTATIONS

We get that we are stewards of this place that means so much to so many. While most of our guests come year after year and we've gotten nearly all 5-Star reviews - we don't take this for granted. However, we feel it is important to set expectations ahead of time to make sure POV Resort is the right fit for you!

1) From time to time unforeseen circumstances arise, and sometimes we need to change plans around here. We will make sure if things change on our guests we fully aim to ensure you receive an equal or upgraded experience as a result. We appreciate your patience with us!
2) This is a resort, so there are other folks on site. We feel the amenities of being a resort outweigh being in the middle of nowhere alone. If you ever have challenges with other guests, call us in we're happy to help.
3) We are a lake resort, not a hotel. We provide linens and towels (which most resorts don't), but we ask you to strip the beds. Unfortunately we don't have time to clean all the dishes between guests, but we provide bleach and dish soap and ask guests to pay it forward and clean them before they leave. So we're trying to help guests and ask that guests help us in return. Our goal - to make sure the units are so clean even Darren's mom would stay here. And she does!
4) There is no AC - we're so far north its hardly ever needed. We recommend closing windows by day and opening for cool air at night - nearly always does the trick!
5) We aim to be a family-friendly resort and therefore have a lot of amenities on-site for all ages (including adults - ya'll need to relax too). To be a good fit for families, our 2 and 3 bedroom cabins do have some bunk beds - which aren't the right cup-o-tea for all adults. We also do have quiet hours so groups of all types can enjoy the peace and relaxation of the woods at night.
6) Our team is working hard to make sure this place is top notch - but if you ever run into an issue let us know right away so we can make it right! We are a mom and pop local biz, and our small core team does our best to get stuff done as quickly as possible. And if you have any ideas on how to improve, let us know and we will add it to the list!
7) And last but not least, you are contractually obligated on telling the owners where and how you caught your fish! ;-)
