Freshly renovated room, 3 mins walk from F subway line, and centrally-located between midtown and downtown - offering easy access to most of NYC’s tourist attractions. It is situated on the border between the young and stylish East Village and Lower East Side neighborhoods, surrounded by affordable restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and shops. The room features a spring + memory-foam bed, and a far street-facing window(which mean it got views but not noise).

Your private room is furnished with brand-new amenities, including a desk, ultra-comfortable Full-size Innerspring Hybrid Mattresses, soft towels. A renovated bathroom is shared. The room has its own air conditioning during the summer and its own heater during winter.
