Super clean spacious flat, recently upgraded to included new showerroom, kitchen and flooring. There are 2 major parks within walking distance. 10min will get you into the city centre on public transport which is available 2 min walk from the flat. 15min walk from Hampden Stadium and a bus ride from Bellahouston. Newlands is a residential area in the south side of Glasgow. Within a 5 minute walk you will find many restaurants and bars, and also many shops (such as Superdrug, Boots, etc). There is also a large supermarket open until 10pm just minutes walk from the property.

You are within 2 minutes walk of public transport, and a very reliable bus and train service.

Plenty of the city sites within 10 minute walk of the flat. Pollok Park, which is a 15 minute walk is a gorgeous country park where Many films have been shot (including Outlander).
