Hi i live in Newark New Jersey and i have a room with space. I live around McDonald’s popeyes , Chinese food , blink fitness center , grocery , big park if need for kids , and everything is in walking distance. There is also a bus near by that takes you downtown Newark if you would like to travel there. I have parking lot space for a car if needed. In the place it’s also a speaker you can use since tv is not available.
