The property is a double storey house on a one acre block. Guests have exclusive use of the whole downstairs area and the surrounding garden.

The room has a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette, bar fridge, microwave, mini oven, tv, sofa, dining table, and writing desk, heater, fan, etc. Adjacent is a gym area which has a set of gym equipment and a table-tennis table. Outside in front of the guest room is the outdoor entertainment area, which has a table with chairs, a hanging reclined chair, barbecue gas hot plate, wood fire pit, etc. There are also plenty of chairs around the garden which guests can sit and relax.

It is an unique environment that has the convenience of urban living but with the serenity of rural feature. The area consists mostly of rolling hills, steeply weathered valleys and gullies covered in thick temperate rainforest, predominantly of tall gum trees and dense ferny undergrowth.

We’ve been living here for over 10 years and enjoy such semi rural lifestyle very much. We think our guests will love such experience too, especially for city dwellers wanting a few days away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life.

As a host of an ordinary household, we’re not claim to be luxury and grandiose, but to aim to be as clean and as comfortable as possible. Our objective is simply for visitors to have a relaxed day time and a good night sleep without any inconvenience and distress. We would like to see our guests not as paying customers but as mutual friends and will not hesitate to refund any unsatisfactory stays for whatever reasons.
