Our place is a 1,000 sq feet fully​ furnished apartment at level six of a seven-storied building. It is located at west-Dhanmondi having a calm and quiet residential environment. You will love the open sky from your rooms and balconies. The rooftop is also allowed for guest and the entire complex is secured and friendly for any guest.
The neighbors are educated and engaged in different professions. We will be happy to make your stay comfortable and you can reach us 24/7 over phone or email.

You will enjoy plenty of sunlight and air in our place. Apart from bedrooms there are dining and living space have a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, and television. Air conditioning is available in two bedrooms, not in living and dining spaces. The kitchen has two burners gas stove along with cookeries suitable for a four-member family. You will get free Wi-Fi connectivity, elevator, and uninterrupted power supply as the building has a backup diesel generator for limited light and electric fan. The building has two steps entry check and full-time guard.

Confirmed guests can access all the common areas, staircase, parking, and rooftop of the complex.

Outsider or visitor is not allowed in the complex, limited access can be arranged to the apartment during the daytime (8 am to 10 pm) upon showing photo ID and relationship with the guest.

Ezinye izinto okumele ziqashelwe
We expect guests to share a copy of their photo ID (National ID or Passport or Social Card) during check-in. You can email the soft copy of ID in advance so that the guard can identify you easily. This is required for all guests except a child under 18 years accompanied by parents. This is a mandatory process and we seek full cooperation from guests.

Outsider or visitor is not allowed in the apartment, a pre-approval is required if relatives or friends want entry. The access can be provided for limited hours mentioned in the guest access section, and it will not be allowed for night stay. During the pandemic situation, recommend not to allow outsiders.

We do not allow local couples without marital relationships, however, this is not applicable for foreigners. The neighbors are conservative Muslims and we have to respect their social values.

Maid is not allowed to stay after the evening hour; however, they can work in the flat during day time. In the exceptional case, they can stay and guest is requested to arrange their appropriate bedding and pillow. We don't have any extra bedding for the maid.

Extra guest (more than four-person) is not allowed without prior approval, which may lead to a penalty of USD 100 per night per person. For every extra guest after four heads, we charge USD 15 per night, and guests must notice it through Airbnb Inbox. Without any pre-approval, guest access may be blocked by the caretaker.

Guests are requested to use appropriate bins/trashes to drop waste and leftovers.
A cleaning charge will be applicable USD 8 for removing waste from floor areas, and for any cleaning request in less than 48 hours. The housekeeper will clean the apartment after two days; however, this service is not ensured during the COVID time.

Smoking is allowed in balconies only, not in the apartment or in common space of the complex.

We expect 24 hours notice for any late check-in and early check-out.
