Three bedrooms with quality bedding, fully furnished kitchen, laundry, shared bath with tub and shower, full living room with a fold out queen sofa bed, TV with streaming services YouTube TV, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix ,high speed wireless internet. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal and gas grill, outdoor seating for viewing the sunrise and sets. A firepit for smore making or hotdog roasting. A pond within walking distance of the house stocked with fish. Games and puzzles, books and magazines for downtime inside. Be assured that the Farm Guesthouse is totally yours at time of booking from kitchen to laundry. Helping to make your stay affordable. In the Summer there is a small garden on the farm you are welcome to pick some produce and eat it as well. In the Fall we own and operate a U-Pick Pumpkin Patch located on the farm.

We are located in the heart of rural America. We have wide open spaces with wheat and corn fields around and on our family farm. We also own an operate a you pick Pumpkin Patch in the Fall. With several kinds and shapes of pumpkins.
Walking Trails and biking are a plus in our beautiful area...from small ghost town of Neosho Falls ( 5 miles to the north) go 2 miles east to the Buster Keaton Museum Piqua has fun places to explore and not be missed is Silverado's Restaurant it is a great place to eat or just grab a beer or soda. Piqua Farmers Coop Farm Store, pay at the pump gas station, Piqua Farmers Coop Elevator. Knights of Columbus Hall, St. Martins Church (Oratory) and Cemetery/ Veterans Memorial
7 miles to the east in Iola we have the Premier Bowlus Fine Arts Center, the Leigh Portland Trail, Southwind Trail, and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park.
B & B Sterling 6 Theater complex. Iola has great shopping with local shops and eating experiences with several eating establishments.
To the west the town of Yates Center is our County seat with a majestic Courthouse and fun shops, coffee shops and restaurants. If you are hunters we have turkey, deer some quail with in our area. If you are a bird watcher you are in luck. Our farm has a plethora of song birds, eagles in the winter make an appearance.

We are 7 generations of a Farm Family in Southeast Kansas. We enjoy many activities like cooking farm to table meals, hiking,fishing, gardening,playing games and watching our beautiful Kansas sunrises and sunsets. We love sitting at a fire ring making s'mores while having and adult beverages. We love traveling and exploring. Shelia loves to read and Don loves gardening and just being outside. We own a small upick pumpkin patch. We love watching families and school kids come pick their pumpkins.

Guest have access to entire property. Don and I will be available if needed but, the whole home will the theirs for their stay indoors and out. We do supply fresh farm eggs, homemade jam/jelly some snacks. Since we are located 7 miles one way and 14 another from our local grocery store we try to keep the cabinets stocked with spices, oils etc. We always have tea and coffee on hand. We have a small garden on site during the Summer you are welcome to gather and eat the produce fresh from the garden.
This our 6th generation family farm home so we tend to have most staples on hand. Along with fun games, cards, puzzels, movies and Neflix and books.
