Villa is furnished to the highest standards, made to order and will make your stay truly unforgettable. The house is thermally insulated and can be used throughout the whole year.

The resort has own private beach with two piers for boats aside, new modern facilities as reception with 24h security, beach bar, toilets and showers. Electric bike and electric boat rental is available at the reception as well as the food delivery menu from selected restaurants in nearby. The nearest supermarket is located 3 km away by the car in the town and the nearest food corner with local fruit and vegetable, bread and basic needs is just 400 m away by walking along the sea.

You will be asked to pay for tourist tax during the check in at the reception after your arrival. That is not included in our stay price.

The area offers many activities such as cycling, walking and hiking trails near the sea and even nearby Vrana Lake. Vrana Lake National Park is a nature reserve located just 2 km from the resort so this is your fastest solution for cloudy weather.
Larger Croatian cities and airports are easy to reach from the resort as well:
- Zadar 40 minutes away by car
- Sibenik 30 minutes away by car
- Biograd and Vodice 10 minutes away by car
The largest fun park in Croatia can also be reached in couple of minutes by car. A new golf course should be opened near the Vrana Lake Natural Park in 2020.
