After shopping at Round Top your group can return here and walk a few blocks to Downtown for food, music, and shopping. This house is a gem and perfect for all ages!

Please read: This listing is for two houses on one property. One of the houses (12 Armadillos on Main Street faces Main Street), the other house (12 Armadillos on Alamo St) faces Alamo St. You can see from one of the Alamo living room pictures the other house on the property). This mid century modern style home has recently been remodeled and is an open floor plan. There are several additional touches that make this place an entertainers dream (pool table, three outdoor porch areas, outdoor hanging lights, fire pit, gas grill, children’s tree house, tree swing, and a ton of games).

About the 12 Armadillos on Main Street House: Because Brenham is the birthplace of Bluebell Ice Cream, we have named the bedrooms after four different Bluebell Ice Cream flavors. Pistachio: Master with King bed; Strawberry: Queen Bed; Moolinian Crunch: King bed; Cookies and Cream: Queen bed; queen sofa bed in the living room; 2 bathrooms (one located inside of the Pistachio Room) *Please note that the Strawberry Room was a study and has been converted into a bedroom.

12 Armadillos on Alamo Street: Alamo Room: 2 Queen beds; Riverwalk Room: King bed and a daybed with a trundle. 2 bathrooms (one is located inside of the Riverwalk Room). Please note, because we are right next to downtown, there is a train that runs at different times near us. We do not have a carbon monoxide detector because we are all electric (no gas). We do not allow parties at all. Quiet time for outside starts at 10:00 PM (no loud noises outside) after 10:00 PM.
