The lake view is amazing as is the shared condo pool.

Terrazza sul Lago is a great studio flat, modern and brand new! Perfect for two.

The Terrace is defo the selling point of this property, it is almost as big as the flat it's self and very well fitted out with table and armchairs and sun loungers and of course the most amazing views over the central lake area.
The modern condo where Terrazza al Lago is located is new, modern and has a lovely large pool with ample deck space.
The location is lake front, only steps from the lake with a lake front walk that connects you to the small village of Acquaseria and its high street with a grocer, butcher, fruit and veg and 2 restaurants.

Terrazza sul Lago is new on the rental property for 2019 and recently been furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The ample open space area offer a full kitchen, a breakfast bar, comfortable sitting area with 2 sofas, one is an excellent quality sofa bed, Queen size, a large smart tv and full bathroom with large walk in shower.

There is one parking spot for your car, off road private parking spot next to the entrance and lift. To reach the pool level, going down again with the lift to the pool level makes this property good for who has mobility issues with stairs ecc.
The shared pool is a large with ample deck space, sun beds and easy access down 10 steps to the square and lake below.

Walking distance to the main part of town of Acquasiera along a lake front promenad makes this property a pleasurable typical Italian town experience.

We do suggest you have a car whilst staying but you could also do with out and depend on the public bus service or the local taxi service based in Menaggio.

Terrazza sul Lago is the most relaxing base to come back to in the evening after enjoying a day at the lake, discovering the local hamlets, boating or just relaxing by the pool side! amazing lake views great condo shared pool easy lake access modern and brand new!!
