Nicely decorated private one-bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom and functional kitchen that includes a small range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The queen size bed and dresser make the bedroom comfortable easy to settle into. The sofa bed located in the living room could accommodate two additional guests. Flat screen television with a DVD player and satellite television.

Located on the hill above the town, this apartment is centrally located to everything you might want to access in Nederland. Short walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the famous Carousel of Happiness. It is only a 15 minute drive to Eldora ski resort and a 5 minute walk to Barker reservoir to hike the trail along is shore or fish.
