This is one of two private bedrooms inside the shared apartment. The shared apartment is one of two units in the building. I live in a converted unit that is adjacent to my home. My home is an approximately 1000 sq. ft. unit. All is within a 60’x80’ foam insulated metal building (Barndominium) with extra space to store a motor home, motorcycle, boat, ATV, etc. It is located on 2.5 acres of unfenced natural landscape. And is the perfect venue to host small events and/or meetings. Business professionals inquire about office space. Oversized deliveries, parking, and storage room available for contractors and mechanical trades. Equestrian travelers, moving students and visiting parents welcome too! Please inquire about garage/shop space availability.
*Guests share common areas in this reservation with other guests. Some spaces may be shared with me and/or a family member (i.e. laundry room, kitchen, living room, main bathroom, garage)

The property is located within River Falls gated community on the West side of River Falls airport supplement. It is within walking distance to the driving range and elk reserve. Residents of the community enjoy a 9 hole par three golf course and 500+ acres of recreational area. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
