Luxury villa located on Corvera Golf approximately 1 mile from the Spanish Town of Corvera which has numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa has 3 bedrooms consisting of a master with super king size bed and en-suite, bedrooms 2 and 3 can be made up as KS or 2 singles upon request. There is a further family shower room with WC. The property is well furnished throughout. Outside there is a beautiful salt water pool with built in jacuzzi which can be heated for an additional cost.

The villa has full air conditioning throughout and two air con vouchers per week are included in the price, additional vouchers can be purchased. There is central heating which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday all year round. There is lots of outdoor space both at the front and rear of the property so you are guaranteed sunshine somewhere for alfresco dining. At the rear of the property there is a BBQ. The property has private parking, free wifi and U.K. TV.

The historical city of Murcia is a 20 minute drive and the beautiful port of Cartegena 30 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are just a 25 minute drive.
For golfers, there are at least ten courses within a 30 minute drive. The property is situated on a gated development with 24 hour security. There are numerous children's play areas and paddle tennis courts. There is an equestrian centre about a 10 minute drive away.
