I completed my apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist at the Hotel Gravenbruch Kempinski Frankfurt, graduating as Best of Frankrut / Offenbach.
After that I completed my military service as an orderly in the Bundeswehr.
After that I worked at Cunard Line on the MS Vistgafjord, at the Sheraton Hotel Frankfurt as a front office cashier, and then completed a two-year business administration degree as a state-certified hotel business administrator at the Bavaria Hotelberufsfachschule with a successful degree.
From September 1994 to the end of July 1997 I worked as a banquet coordinator and later as a banquet manager in the Käfer & Kuffler Kurhaus Gastronomie in Wiesbaden.
From 1997 to 2003 I worked as an employee in the family business before taking over.
