The home was built in 2013 and you have 1381 square feet of comfort along with a single detached heated garage and two car driveway. The home has 4 bedrooms, the master with a queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has a twin and the fourth has a double bed(basement of home). The home has two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked.

Important things to note:

We have a permanent tenant in the legal basement suite. The legal basement suite is completely isolated from the Airbnb unit. Each unit has its own furnace, water heater, and garage space. Please note the garage portion is also separated and each unit has its own garage door opener and locked man door. We ask our guests to be mindful of noise.

There is no smoking or vaping in the home. Smoking is permitted on the deck and in the garage.

The home is centrally located in Saskatoon and a 9 minute walk to the stunning walking trails of Meewasin Valley, The Weir and Train Bridge. A quick 8 minute drive to the spectacular Remai Modern and downtown core.

The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Very close to two hospitals, downtown core, the University of Saskatchewan, Polytechniques and the airport. Just down the street is an amazing coffee house with very good beverages and food.
