Our condo is on the 3rd floor and has one very spacious bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with double sink, toilet and walk-in shower. New bathroom cabinets installed (May 2022). Adjacent to the bedroom is a walk-in closet. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner.

The spacious 3rd floor terrace can be accessed from the bedroom or the livingroom and has a magnificent view over the island and the sea. It has a ceiling fan and comfortable cushioned loveseat and two chairs along with coffee/end table.

There is also a spacious guest bathroom and a brand new washer and dryer added in January of 2020.

The open U - kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, brand new dishwasher (February 2020), coffee maker, blender, kettle and cookware/cutlery.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a large 49" flat screen SMART TV with IPTV Caribbean providing hundreds of channels from the USA, Canada and Europe, over 200 tv series and over 7000 movies!

We believe sustainable and economical use of energy and water is important. That is why our rental rates do not include energy and water. Those will be settled at the end of your stay (from the deposit) based on actual meter readings from the utility companies. The average cost of past guests is generally between $50 - $100 USD per week (depending upon a/c usage). Please be aware that your energy bill will largely depend on your usage of the air conditioning.

A damage deposit of $150 USD per week of stay is paid to the property manager on arrival. This deposit is for the settlement of the costs for water and electricity, as well as any damage and any loss of beach passes. Upon departure our property manager will settle the costs with the deposit and refund you any balance remaining.

What else to pay attention to:

Minimum stay: 6 nights
Arrival time: Anytime after 3pm
Departure time: 11am, if no new guests arrive on the day of departure, it is possible to stay a little longer in consultation with the manager.
Cleaning: A weekly cleaning is included for stays 2 weeks or longer. Extra cleaning is possible for a fee. A final cleaning is mandatory, $125 CAD.
Golf Discount: 20% off 9 or 18 holes of golf on presentation of beach pass

The condo is non-smoking. Smoking in the condo and on the terrace is not allowed.

Blue Bay resort is a guarded and gated Golf & Beach resort with 24 hour surveillance.
Our guests have full access to all Blue Bay facilities, including the tropical beach with sun beds, beach bar, palapas, beach-dive store, shower and changing room and massage facility.
In the Azurro restaurant you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening dine and enjoy the sunset at the Sunset Grillbar.
In short: tropical beach, swimming pools, 5 different restaurants, bars, diving center, 18-hole golf course and tennis courts.

Blue Bay Dive on the beach offers the perfect access to one of the best dive sites of Curacao -The Wall- with 2 coral reefs. Blue Bay Dive offers all PADI courses, from beginner to professional diving. If desired, you can rent diving equipment there. Check out their website.
Snorkeling is also great in Blue Bay. Very easy to walk into the water and immediately you are surrounded by numerous tropical fish. A well-equipped boat is available for diving and snorkeling trips and also for fishing.

There are also 2 tennis courts and jogging paths within the resort.
Our guests have full access to all Blue Bay facilities.

A large supermarket 'Center', laundry, pharmacy, medical clinic, beauty salon, ATM, and the shopping mall Sambil are reachable within 5 minutes by car.
