If you book for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. In case of online reservation you receive an invoice per-email immediately. We request a 50 % down payment. The other 50% is due one month in advance. On receipt of your down payment we send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there is no damage to the interior or buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will book the amount into your account. If there is any damage, we ask you to report this. The deposit is used to cover the cost of repairs. Included in the price are the use of electricity, gas, swimming-pool and the weekly change of linen and towels. Arrival between 13.00h and 18.00h. Departure before 12.00h.
