Lazy Loon Waterfront cottage is recently renovated and is very tastefully decorated with pine interiors throughout the cottage and big vaulted ceilings in the living room.
The cottage has a modern rustic charm and comes with all the luxury for a very comfortable stay.
The cottage has high speed unlimited internet and has recently got automatic generator installed to be used during power outages . Thus Saving our guests valuable Vacation!!

The cottage has brand new memory foam mattresses for a very comfortable sleep and comes with mattress protectors as well as pillow protectors .

The cottage is 3 bedrooms, 1 big living room and 1 bathroom and has beautiful views of Jordan Lake right from the living room couch. The Cottage and the gardens are on the flat grounds with easy parking. The waterfront is on the lower ground with a little walk down to the water.

New full size stainless steel bbq with propane tank recently added . Small handy charcoal bbq also available for use.

The cottage has 2(Queen Beds) , 1 double bed over 1 single bed( bunk bed) , 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room .

The cottage can comfortably sleep upto 7-8 people.

The cottage is Four Seasons with propane based furnace installed at the property. Multiple fans available in all rooms. Multile Fans and breeze from the lake keeps the temperatures comfortable. Dehumidifier also available at the cottage for summer months.

The cottage has beautiful views all seasons and looks really beautiful with the changing foliage colours in the fall and gorgeous views of the frozen lake in the winters. Spring and Summer at Jordan lake is also unbeatable with amazing swimming right from the huge dock .

The Cottage is spread on more than 1 acres of land with very beautiful lush green well maintained gardens, small trail within the property, a small sand area for kids , beautiful area by the water for fire pit and the best of all a huge 16*20 newly built dock perfect for lounging, fishing, jumping into the water right off the dock. Water is around 14 feet deep from the Dock. Provides perfect swimming for adults and kids with life jackets. The lake water is usually warm and perfect for swimming.

There are a number of water-crafts at the property including 2 Kids kayak, 2 adults kayak and 1 pedal boat!!

Cottage comes with 4 adults life jackets and few toddler and kid size jackets. For kids and adults its recommended to bring their own perfect life jackets for the best safety.

This cottage is perfect for a memorable family time together with lots of birds, loons and other beautiful wild life around the property. Sit under the stars by the fire pit at night or sit by the dock there is so much to keep you occupied with your loved ones.

Cottage has DVD player and DVD's for kids to watch as well as a small books library for the leisure time.

We provide limited welcome fire wood at the cottage.

The cottage Kitchen comes loaded with all the utensils and crockery and all the new appliances including dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine with Welcome Coffee Pods, high end Ninja Airfryer and Oven, Electric Stove/Oven.

The water comes from the well and now has UV filtration to it. Still guests can bring water bottles if they like.

The cottage is meant for families and friends to connect with each other, spend good time and create long lasting memories but is not meant for people planning loud parties. We value guests that care about neighbors and treat our property nicely.

Cottage is located 30 minutes from the beautiful town of Bancroft and 7 minutes drive to a beautiful sandy shallow Steenburg public beach.

Lots of conservation areas, provincial parks and beautiful lakes, walking trails within the close proximity of the cottage.

Lazy Loon Waterfront Cottage is 4 seasons, fully renovated cottage, still maintaining its original charm on an acre of land with beautiful wooded forest, hill and trail on the property with lots of privacy and amazing lakefront with great swimming and huge dock.
Cottage has 2 grocery stores ( Trudy's, Rock Cut) within 5-7 minutes distance. LCBO, gas station also available at Trudy's within 5-7 minutes distance. Nice familyrestaurant( RusticRoadside) at 5 minutes distance too.
Cottage is close to Highway 62, on a municipal well maintained year round road. Easy access to the cottage in all seasons.
The beautiful scenic town of Bancroft is just 30 minutes away. Most big box stores and nice restaurants within 30 minutes range.
Cottage is in close proximity to various attractions. Beaches, look out points , conservation areas and trails.

During our guests stay , we are fully available through airbnb messages to help you with anything needed .Our cleaning staff is also very accessible and can be at the cottage if needed. We just installed generator at the cottage and have made it automatic for guests use. So incase of power outage guests would still have access to everything including well water but would have to just manage the load.
