Quiet and serene, but minutes from city amenities, including night life and Lonesome Pines Ski resort and Outdoor Center XC skiing. 15 minutes to Lac Baker or Eagle Lake. Fort Kent boasts annual festivals like the Can-Am Dog sled races, Musky Derby, Acadian Festival and Ice Fishing derby. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood in the hills, and is within 50 yards to host, if needed.

Indawo
The cabin has a spacious loft sleeping space with a king and queen bed, and queen and double mattress on the floor, impressive stone hearth fireplace, handmade black walnut countertops, and breathtaking views, and a doggy door which leads into a fenced backyard. In the summer, meditate by the pond, and walk amongst the wildflowers. Disconnect from the bustle of life and spend hours on the trails, engage with a welcoming community, visit the many surrounding lakes, or stay connected and indulge with access to wifi, large projector screen, and many streaming services.

Ukungena kwesivakashi
Guests access the cabin through our own personal driveway. The cabin will be open when renter arrives, no interaction with the host in necessary.

The cabin and surrounding 37 acres are yours to explore. We ask, however, that you respect the privacy of our nearby home and fenced yard.

Ezinye izinto okumele ziqashelwe
The property is fun to explore in the spring with it's many endless ponds flanking the trails, fiddleheads, and ferns. Please be advised you need good mud boots to enjoy it though.

Fort Kent, Maine, United States

The cabin has 37 acres, with access to the snowmobile and ATV trails. Our neighbor hosts hunting tours, you can walk to the fishing brooks, and there isn't a better place in Maine to view the fall colors. The cabin is in a quiet, but friendly neighborhood. We love having the solitude of the country, only five minutes from the amenities of town. Fort Kent is a big- loving, Hallmark kind of town, with something always going on.
