Lots of seating and tables, comfortable beds & cool décor'! First floor unit has no stairs and has a garage door that opens to a private fenced-in patio surrounded by bamboo. Unique Warehouse setting. A great place to party responsibly and have fun on weekends. All rooms are private per group reservation.

All rooms are private for your group and have a commercial keypad entry lock on the door. This is a safe and secure living space with a raw industrial warehouse feel with many modern conveniences. Large groups are our speciality. No real noise restrictions because the building is extremely well insulated. Only registered Guests may enter the building (no visitors without managements prior written approval).

First floor: Has a lobby bar (with limited hours) that is open for live music, private events, special occasions (stays open until 3:00am occasionally-possible noise), a comfortable lobby area and the Bohemian Suite that sleeps 10 Guests. If your group count exceeds 10 please make a request for additional room(s). We will provide additional rooms for your group as needed.

Second Floor: Has a "Game Room common area" large 2000 sq ft, with 2 pool tables, darts, foosball, darts, ping pong, a large kitchen area, full bathroom and a comfortable lobby area.
The Red Room (sleeps 2) and Retro Suite (sleeps 8) and are also located on the 2nd floor and have a shared bathroom located just outside the private room.

Third Floor: has two 2000 sq ft lofts. Penthouse 1 sleeps 18 & Penthouse 2 Sleeps 20. Each has a private bathroom and kitchen.

Best Large Group Overnight Stay in Downtown St Louis! Great Downtown Location without being in an overcrowded area. We have Free, Secure and Ample Parking for cars, busses, RVs, trailers, motorcycles etc.
