This quiet chic and modern apartment is part of a century home in a very desirable neighbourhood 3 min walking distance from downtown and restaurants .Once you have parked beside the home, you will be given a code to enter through the smart lock doors which are located at the front. Upon entering the apartment you will see an open concept space which includes a couch, an island and a full kitchen. On the right hand side is a fully renovated bathroom with a glass door shower. on the left hand side is the bedroom which allows for a ton of sunlight to shine through the three large windows at the front. You are also welcome to enjoy the enclosed patio which is located at the front of the house and can be used throughout all seasons! I am Gordana. I grew up in Serbia and moved to Belleville in 1996. I fell in love with this beautiful town and have stayed here since. I was the owner of Estetika Day Spa which was located in this beautiful century home for over 20 years. I worked hard to help my daughter get through school and build my business. It was only last year that I decided to give myself a break, start spending more time travelling and with my grandchildren. I enjoy walking the trails along the Bay of Quinte, quaint restaurants and a glass of wine!

I am passionate about living a healthy life style through exercise, eating healthy and essential oils. I am also a wellness advocate with doTerra Essential Oils and love chatting to people about natural solutions and alternative medicine.

I consider myself easy going and always up for new adventures. My friends would say that I live a Gypsy style of life, I would agree.

I keep a positive attitude about life. I believe that things happen for a reason and trust that if I follow my intuition, good things will come my way.

I have only recently converted this beautiful home into an AirBnB apartment as I love meeting new people from all over the world.

I live on-site however spend a lot of time with my daughter and grand kids that live out of town. Having lived here for over 20 years, I have a number of favourite restaurants, wineries and spots that I would be happy to share with you!
